I entered the wrong address at checkout?

If you've entered the wrong address at checkout please email bombsaway.store@outlook.com with the correct address.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes we do.

My order is missing an item / has incorrect item?

Please email bombsaway.store@outlook.com we will fix any mistakes.

My order arrived damaged?

Please email bombsaway.store@outlook.com with a photo of the shipping box and contents inside. Although we try our best to package things safely we cannot control how the post office handles them.

Will your products stain my tub?

Our product colours are water-soluble, they should not stain and if so they are easy to remove. Colour is more likely to stick to a tub that has not been cleaned or uses hard water.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry at this time we do not offer local pick up. We will do local delivery for $5 in Brandon MB, and surrounding area.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time I am only offering wholesale to existing clients, I may consider new clients depending on the circumstances and location. Write us an email with your information.
